Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary:$150,000 - $250,000 base salary, with potential for commission on cases

The team is small but highly skilled, offering a supportive environment, hands-on mentorship, and exposure to complex cases. This is a full-time, in-office role with flexibility for a hybrid schedule for the right candidate.
The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated attorney with 2–10 years of experience in plaintiff-side civil litigation. You will manage a caseload of 15-20 high quality/value cases while gaining exposure to all aspects of litigation, including trial work. Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 15–20 litigation files
- Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents
- Handle discovery and motion practice
- Take and defend depositions
- Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials
- Maintain consistent client communication
- Supervise and direct paralegals and legal support staff
- Perform other litigation-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2–10 years of experience in plaintiff-side civil personal injury litigation
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently while collaborating with the team
