- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing walk-in refrigerators and freezers.
- Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and painting.
- Coordinate and track maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment and facilities.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding repair status, equipment issues, and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records for fire and life safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and Ansul systems.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination among team members.
- Monitor work orders and follow up on outstanding maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with facility inspections and identify corrective actions to maintain operational standards and compliance.
