Salary: $100-$120k

About the Role

A well-established electrical contractor with over 30 years of experience is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multimillion-dollar projects, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar electrical projects from start to finish.

• Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

• Promote and enforce a Safety First culture across all project activities.

• Utilize construction management software (ProCore, BlueBeam, etc.) for documentation and tracking.

• Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure compliance.

• Conduct on-site reviews to monitor progress and resolve issues.

• Prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, and progress reports.

• Implement best practices to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction.

• Strong knowledge of project delivery, blueprint reading, and electrical schematics.

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

• Experience with ProCore, BlueBeam, or similar tools preferred.

• Strong communication and leadership skills for managing diverse teams.
