Opportunity Overview
SD Solutions is seeking a Project Manager Level 2 to lead and support IT-related projects for DHS components. The Project Manager will oversee delivery across financial management, data analytics, and mission-critical systems, working closely with stakeholders and government executives to ensure success.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT projects, financial management, or business process reengineering.
- Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including active listening, communication, adaptability, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Windows/Linux servers.
- Familiarity with financial system technology platforms.
- Knowledge of ICE OCIO IT policies and DHS/ICE architecture.
- Prior DHS experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with financial system technology platforms
- Knowledge of ICE OCIO IT policies and procedures and business processes
- Knowledge of DHS/ICE technology and architecture
- Experience within DHS and/or its components
- Prior ICE experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive-level officials.
