Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in East Hartford, Connecticut. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of devices and systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in resolving hardware and software issues while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Android devices, Apple products, Mac computers, and related technologies.
• Assist in the configuration and deployment of new hardware and software systems.
• Maintain and update documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting processes.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of user issues.
• Support and manage Citrix and Cisco technologies to maintain system functionality.
• Monitor and manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Educate users on best practices for device and software usage.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve overall system performance and reliability.• At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Android devices, Apple products, and Mac computers.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Citrix technologies.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management and system deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to document technical processes and solutions clearly.
• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and processes.
