Job DescriptionPOSITION: CNC Milling Operator LOCATION: Zelienople, PA PAY: $22–$25/hr (based on experience) TYPE: Temp To Hire SHIFTS AVAILABLE: • 1st: 7:00 AM–3:15 PM • 2nd: 3:00 PM–11:15 PM • 3rd: 11:00 PM–7:15 AM Benefits After Probation: UPMC Medical (70% paid), Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, 401k with match, 8 paid holidays + holiday bonuses
Job Duties • Program tooling using CAM software • Operate CNC milling machine via computer panel • Verify measurements and quality specifications • Document job and quality information (paper & computer) • Read work instructions and follow production requirements • Maintain clean, organized work area • Follow all safety protocols • Perform additional duties as needed Physical Requirements • Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs (more with assistance) • Exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures • Use of PPE: gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, steeltoed boots Qualifications • High school diploma or GED preferred • 1+ year CNC machining experience (steel service center preferred) • Knowledge of fixtures • Familiarity with G and MCodes • Ability to operate required machinery and tools • Must pass background check and drug test Join a stable company with great local reputation.
