Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to take a pivotal role in guiding organizational change efforts for a variety of impactful initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop tailored change strategies, engage stakeholders effectively, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools. As this is a long-term contract opportunity, the consultant will collaborate closely with project teams, leadership, and training resources to support cultural and operational transitions.
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with structured frameworks.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to ensure stakeholders are prepared for transitions.
• Develop and implement clear communication plans tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring timely and effective messaging.
• Collaborate with leadership to craft compelling change narratives and drive alignment across teams.
• Facilitate training efforts by partnering with internal Learning & Development teams and external vendors to address skill-building needs.
• Provide coaching and support to leaders, enabling them to champion change initiatives effectively.
• Track adoption metrics and document lessons learned to refine strategies and ensure sustainability.
• Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to identify concerns, address feedback, and maintain alignment.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
• Support specific initiatives such as Salesforce transitions, telephony enhancements, and expense management tool rollouts.• Proven experience in leading change management efforts within complex organizational environments.
• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies, such as Prosci or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, training resources, and external vendors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Concur expense tools is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in tools and technologies such as CRM systems, cloud platforms, and e-learning modules.
• Experience in measuring adoption metrics and implementing sustainment plans.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
