What Youll Do:
Complete work orders and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
Prepare vacant units (make-readies)
Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
Provide great customer service to residents
Schedule:
On call as needed for emergencies
Weekends and after-hours as needed
What You Bring:
2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
HVAC/EPA certification preferred
General repair skills and strong work ethic
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work daily
