We have an exciting opportunity available for a Lease & Document Administrator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support for lease and document maintenance activities.
In this role, you will:
- Make minor, non-substantive updates to leases, Rules & Regulations, and standard notice templates as directed
- Update and format rent increase notice templates using approved language
- Upload and organize documents
- Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets and document logs
- Perform document formatting to company standards
- Assist with e-lease troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed
- Prepare and coordinate mailings, including quality checks and tracking
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, analytical, and follow-through skills.
- The ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow established procedures and formatting standards.
