We have an exciting opportunity available for a Lease & Document Administrator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support for lease and document maintenance activities.

In this role, you will:

  • Make minor, non-substantive updates to leases, Rules & Regulations, and standard notice templates as directed
  • Update and format rent increase notice templates using approved language
  • Upload and organize documents
  • Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets and document logs
  • Perform document formatting to company standards
  • Assist with e-lease troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed
  • Prepare and coordinate mailings, including quality checks and tracking
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically Excel and Outlook.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, analytical, and follow-through skills.
  • The ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and formatting standards.
