You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in Structured Cabling, Access Control, and AV (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:

• Our Office: 2 W 45th St, New York, NY 10036
• Your Projects: High-End Homes in the surrounding area

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
• Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 5:00pm

Your Contribution to Telecom Infrastructure Corp:

• Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
• Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
• Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
• Project Profitability: Track and manage material & labor spend against budget, eliminate redundancies.
• Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
• Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
• Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
• Environment: Construction sites and NYC office, as-needed.

Preferred Experience:

• Your Projects: Commercial/corporate buildouts - structured cabling, security, wireless, cellular, AV
• Familiarity with BICSI, NEC, ANSI/TIA, & LV standards
• Experience with access control platforms, surveillance systems, door hardware coordination, and security infrastructure.
• Certifications ( ex: PMP, RCDD, RTPM, BICSI, CTS, CTS-I)
• Experience managing union labor on NYC construction projects
