Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Plainview Healthcare Center. As an LVN at our nursing home, you will provide high-quality care to our residents while working under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician. This is a full-time position, working nights from 6pm to 6am, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities

Administer medications to patients and monitor their response

Provide basic nursing care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Record and report vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rate

Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and tracheostomy care

Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care

Follow safety protocols to prevent the spread of infection and ensure a safe environment
