About the Role
Join a stable, growth-minded manufacturing team where your precision and care with heavy materials keep orders moving. On our PM–AM shift, you’ll operate forklifts/Hi-Lo equipment to stage, load, and move steel and other building materials with safety at the forefront.
A Day in the Life
- Begin the shift with equipment checks and routine forklift inspections.
- Coordinate with shipping to load flatbed trucks with large and heavy steel/building products.
- Navigate the warehouse to organize, replenish, and relocate materials.
- Support receiving and order picking to keep workflows smooth.
- Uphold OSHA and company safety standards in every task.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience operating forklifts/Hi-Lo equipment.
- Proven background loading oversized or heavy materials onto flatbeds.
- Comfort lifting and working efficiently in a fast-moving warehouse.
- Solid understanding of warehouse and equipment safety practices.
