We are currently seeking a polished and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, attorneys, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner

Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system

Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars

Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and court documents

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1–3 years of receptionist or front desk experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Familiarity with legal terminology and law office procedures is a plus
