Hairstylist Responsibilities

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and highlighting according to client preferences.
• Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice on hair care.
• Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions.
• Utilize color theory to achieve desired results in hair coloring services.
• Manage inventory levels of salon products and assist in retail sales to enhance client experience.
• Maintain an organized workspace that reflects the professionalism of the salon.

Hairstylist Skills

• Proficient in various hairstyling techniques including cutting, coloring , highlighting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Familiarity with color theory to achieve optimal results in hair coloring services.
