Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of system cutover and operations readiness activities. This role will serve as the central point of accountability, working closely with the Tollway and multiple third-party service providers to ensure a seamless transition and operational stability. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in cutover planning, execution, and contingency planning within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive system cutover strategies, including contingency plans.
  • Lead and coordinate activities across Tollway teams and third-party service providers.
  • Define, communicate, and align cutover plans, scope, and timelines with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational readiness and service continuity throughout the cutover process.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions during transition.
  • Provide clear communication and status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement in cutover practices.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree within a similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of strong system cutover experience with customer service operations readiness.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing cutover activities across large, multi-stakeholder teams.
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build alignment across diverse groups.
  • Experience performing in a Cutover Manager role on at least two (2) projects of similar scope.
  • Extensive SAP experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of IT service operations, infrastructure, or enterprise systems cutover.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

  • Eligible to pass a background check
