Greenup, KY | Full-Time | $14.63/Hour + Weekly Production Bonuses up to $400
Steel Ventures is hiring Production Laborers to join our growing manufacturing team in Greenup, KY. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding industrial environment.
PAY & SCHEDULE
- Starting pay: $14.63/hour
- Weekly production bonuses up to $400
- 4 days on / 4 days off
- 12-hour day, night, or swing shifts
- Full-time, steady work
- Overtime opportunities as needed
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely handle, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials throughout the production area
- Assist with the assembly and production of steel products
- Operate tools and equipment, including grinders, hammers, and forklifts
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Heavy material-handling experience is a plus
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Steel-toe boots required
