Luxor Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative paying $21 per hour with 1st shift available ! Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Shift: Mon-Fri 7AM-4PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communications, enter orders, and provide order status updates.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Create and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and production work orders.
- Schedule freight and coordinate shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate order records and assist with invoicing activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks or a similar ERP system and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
