What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on diesel semi trucks
- Complete full engine repairs and overhauls
- Repair and maintain transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize fleet uptime
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled technicians to keep operations running smoothly

Join a dynamic team working on a large semi fleet at a 1,300-person vegetable packing facility known for its green beans and peppers. This fleet includes 100 trucks, ensuring a steady stream of work. Our team requires skilled mechanics to perform comprehensive repairs and diagnostics on semi-trucks, excluding refrigerated units.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed troubleshooting and diagnostics on transmissions, hydraulics, and engines.
- Execute full engine repairs to restore trucks to working order.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal truck performance.
- Repair and maintain diesel engines, brakes, and heavy equipment.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in diesel maintenance and repair.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair transmissions and engines.
