PG1 Restaurants of Jersey Mike’s – Shift Leader – Step Up & Make an Impact

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily shift operations and support management for smooth, efficient shifts

  • Coach and develop team members to deliver “A Sub Above” service

  • Master food prep, slicer operation, and maintain high-quality, freshly prepared subs

  • Engage with customers and lead by example in positivity and teamwork

  • Execute opening and closing duties, including cash handling, store prep, and cleanliness

  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards

  • Enforce company policies and procedures

  • Demonstrate urgency, multitasking, and leadership during busy periods

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 18+ (to operate slicer), high school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Positive, energetic, team-focused, and coachable

  • Dependable, ethical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and varying shifts

  • Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Strong communication, leadership ambition, and problem-solving skills
