What You’ll Do:

Lead daily shift operations and support management for smooth, efficient shifts
-
Coach and develop team members to deliver “A Sub Above” service
-
Master food prep, slicer operation, and maintain high-quality, freshly prepared subs
-
Engage with customers and lead by example in positivity and teamwork
-
Execute opening and closing duties, including cash handling, store prep, and cleanliness
-
Maintain sanitation and safety standards
-
Enforce company policies and procedures
-
Demonstrate urgency, multitasking, and leadership during busy periods
Who We’re Looking For:

18+ (to operate slicer), high school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Positive, energetic, team-focused, and coachable
-
Dependable, ethical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and varying shifts
-
Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
-
Strong communication, leadership ambition, and problem-solving skills
