What You’ll Do*…
As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will be to:
● Oversee, coach and develop direct reports. Conduct IDP (Individual Development Program) meetings
with Associates in a timely manner, manage time and attendance, and performance management.
Delegate responsibility for projects as assigned. Responsible for approving vacations and is accountable
for the use of sick time in the department. (25%)
● Inspect items that come through the sample area utilizing established quality assurance protocols to
ensure they meet company standards (25%)
● Work cross-functionally with photo studio and other teams to ensure priority products are pulled,
inspected, and set up for each department's needs (20%)
● Manage quality assurance projects as assigned by the Leadership (10%)
Additional duties and responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Supervisor:
● Develop and implement process improvements for the Sample Area to increase efficiency and
effectiveness (10%)
● Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of quality issues and inspection results (5%)
● Participate in quality planning and problem-solving meetings with suppliers and internal teams (5%)
● Adhere to all assigned Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for your role.

What’s Required…
● Education & Work Experience
o Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in a related field.
o 2-3 years of relevant experience.
● Work Environment & Schedule
o Monday through Friday flexible work week
o May be required to work nights/ overnights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
o 5% of Travel (domestic travel only)
● Physical Requirements
o Lifting and bending
● Technology Requirements
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.)
o Google Suite (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
o WMS (High Jump)
● Certifications / Licenses
o Valid Driver’s license
