The Technical Support/Jr. QA Representative provides technical support to users of our proprietary software by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and works alongside the development team to offer a positive customer experience.
The Technical support/Jr QA Representative acts as the first point of contact for internal staff concerns, receives incoming staff emails via ticketing system, provides staff/broker support in all capacities including tech support, builds and maintains a positive working relationship with internal staff/brokers, and improves the system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
The technical support Representative must have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as be highly organized, detail oriented and resourceful.
