We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our retail wireless sales team. As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will assist customers with selecting wireless plans, upgrading devices, and learning about new products and promotions.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new technologies, and achieving performance goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store with wireless product and plan inquiries
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs
- Process activations, upgrades, and accessory sales accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales or retail experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
