Dietary Aide
Spring Creek Rehab is seeking a dedicated and passionate Dietary Aide to join our team in Murray, Kentucky. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support to our dietary department.
Dietary Aide Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to our residents, adhering to established menus and dietary restrictions

Maintain a clean and organized dietary department, adhering to health and safety standards

Assist with food inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure smooth meal service and excellent resident satisfaction

Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and staff members

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident satisfaction and overall care
Dietary Aide Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

experience in the dietary or healthcare industry preferred

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Excellent communication and customer service skills
