Now Hiring for an IP Litigation Paralegal in Atlanta!
This is a temporary to permanent hire opportunity working fully onsite.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
Compensation based upon experience
Seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join the team on a temp‐to‐hire basis. This position is ideal for someone who can immediately take charge of litigation support tasks, particularly in matters involving federal court practice. The role involves working closely with attorneys to keep cases moving efficiently through all stages of litigation, from drafting filings to preparing for hearings and trials.
Primary Duties:
- Draft, revise, and finalize pleadings, motions, and briefs for submission in federal and state courts.
- Handle electronic filing (ECF) and ensure all submissions meet applicable rules, deadlines, and formatting requirements.
- Assist with hearing and trial preparation, including assembling exhibit sets, witness materials, and attorney workbooks.
- Create and update visual aids, including PowerPoint presentations and other demonstratives used in court.
- Manage service of documents, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate docketing and case calendars.

Required Background & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience, including hands-on federal court filing experience.
- Strong command of legal formatting, cite‐checking, and Bluebook standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‐paced litigation environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow‐through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting hearings or trials under tight timelines.
- IP litigation exposure is helpful but not required—core litigation skills are the priority.
