You'll keep a close eye on cardiac rhythms, working under the direction of our nursing staff to catch changes early and help drive fast, informed care decisions. We'll provide the training - you bring the focus and reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Continuously observe cardiac monitors and identify rhythm changes
  • Report relevant findings to nursing staff promptly for further investigation
  • Apply age-appropriate knowledge of growth and development to monitoring needs
  • Support the ICU team with core telemetry technician skills and techniques

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CNA certification preferred, not required
  • Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
  • Willingness to complete Gateway Regional's basic dysrhythmia training (provided)
  • Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

Why Gateway Regional

  • Competitive pay: $16.20–$24.30/hr, based on experience and qualifications
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage (see full Benefits Guide)
  • Employer-matched retirement savings plan
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Shift differentials
  • A supportive, inclusive environment where you can grow your clinical career

We're a community hospital with a mission that goes beyond the job description: compassionate, personalized care, delivered by people who genuinely want to be here. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.

Final compensation is determined in partnership with HR based on experience, certifications, and skills relevant to the role.
