Avalon Rehab & Care Center is seeking a dependable and hardworking Housekeeping Aide to join our team. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.
Schedule: 6AM-2PM, 3 weekdays and every Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities of Housekeeping Aide

Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, dining areas, and common spaces
-
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
-
Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility
-
Replenish paper products and cleaning supplies as needed
-
Follow infection control and safety procedures
-
Maintain housekeeping equipment and report maintenance concerns
-
Respond promptly to housekeeping requests

Ensure all areas meet facility cleanliness standards
Qualifications for Housekeeping Aide

Previous housekeeping, environmental services, janitorial, hotel, or healthcare cleaning experience is highly preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
