We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair. Big Red Flooring is seeking a hardworking, customer-focused technician to join our competitive crew. This role involves top tier performances in everything that we do A-Z. You will be the face of the company at job sites , ensure every client receives exceptional service. This role involves maintenance work, painting, water extractions, carpet cleaning, trash removal, Power washing, holiday light hanging, on call, snow and salt maintenance, cleaning, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Communicate well with the team
- complete jobs with quality in a timely matter to meet deadlines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
