What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Provide direct support and assistance to clients in their recovery process.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Facilitate group or individual sessions as needed, promoting a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Certification as a Certified Addiction Technician (CAT).
• At least 1 year of experience in addiction recovery or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• A commitment to fostering a compassionate and non-judgmental environment.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
