Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze case facts and legal issues to provide effective counsel to clients.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support litigation strategies and case preparation.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs for trial.
  • Represent clients in court during hearings and trials, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Counsel clients on their legal rights and options in medical malpractice cases.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to medical malpractice and personal injury law.
  • Collaborate with medical experts and other professionals to build strong cases.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical malpractice or personal injury law.
  • Strong litigation skills and experience in trial preparation.
  • Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
  • Proficient in client counseling and negotiation techniques.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and insurance law.
  • Understanding of court procedures and trial processes.
