Reasonover Talent Group has been retained to conduct a recruitment search for an Executive Director on behalf of a well-established nonprofit organization serving Palm Beach County.

This organization provides housing, mentoring, life skills, and comprehensive support services to homeless, pregnant, and parenting young women and their children. The next Executive Director will have the opportunity to lead a respected nonprofit with a strong foundation, an engaged Board of Directors, and significant opportunities for continued growth and community impact.

This role is ideal for an experienced nonprofit executive or senior fundraising leader who is passionate about mission-driven work and excels at building relationships, inspiring donors, and leading organizations through strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Lead all fundraising initiatives, including major gifts, corporate partnerships, foundation grants, donor stewardship, and annual giving campaigns.
- Serve as the organization's primary ambassador, building relationships across the nonprofit, business, philanthropic, and civic communities.
- Partner closely with the Board of Directors to establish strategic priorities and advance the organization's long-term vision.
- Oversee financial stewardship, budgeting, compliance, and organizational operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a mission-driven team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion.
- Strengthen community partnerships and expand awareness of the organization's mission throughout Palm Beach County.

Qualifications
\n

Qualified candidates will possess:

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Executive or senior leadership experience within a nonprofit organization.
- Demonstrated success leading fundraising efforts, cultivating major donors, and securing grants.
- Experience working effectively with Boards of Directors.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and public speaking abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary up to $80,000/year, DOE.
