Job Description

About the Company

\n

Most advisor roles have you building clients from scratch. At Sentinel, seminars are filled, and leads are provided — your job is to walk in, build trust, and close. If you have the skills and the discipline to follow a system that works, this is where you build a career.

\n

About the Role

\n

You'll educate prospects (many 59+, with $1M+ in assets) through a two-meeting process: discovery first, then a structured plan and close. From there, you're their advisor for life — annual reviews, ongoing trust, long-term relationships.

  • \n

  • Life & Health Insurance License (preferred)
  • \n

  • Advanced credentials strongly preferred (CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, Certified Financial Fiduciary, or equivalent)

  • \n

  • From there, expect your first client within 90 days and additional clients in the following 90 — building toward a full, lasting practice.
  • \n

  • Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
  • \n

\n
