What You'll Be Owning
GRVTY is seeking a Software Engineer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in McLean, VA. The Sponsor's office supports a global analysis mission that has a focus on transnational organized crime. The Sponsor's office supports analysts with a broad array of technical skills and subject matter expertise. Development activities will implement solutions to lower barriers to entry for analysis of complex and high volumes of information.
What You Must Have
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
- Demonstrated experience with MySQL, MongoDB, RDS, or Elasticsearch for storing or analyzing data.
- Demonstrated experience creating web applications using front-end frameworks like Vue or Angular.
- Demonstrated experience using Python for data analysis and web application development.
- Demonstrated experience programming in Java.
- Demonstrated experience using Tomcat, Apache, and Express web servers.
- Demonstrated experience with AWS for developing applications.
- Demonstrated experience with high-volume datasets.
What Would Be Nice to Have
- Demonstrated experience with full-stack development on secure environments.
- Demonstrated experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana.
- Demonstrated experience testing and using AWS services on a secure environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with operational and targeting elements with the Sponsor providing a quick turnaround for software development and data engineering tasks.
- Demonstrated experience developing usage and user metrics of web applications.
- Demonstrated experience creating web applications using CSS packages such as Material UI and Bootstrap.
- Demonstrated experience creating web applications using JavaScript, jQuery, or ES6.
- Demonstrated experience with Big Data, focusing on resolving entities from massive amounts of disparate data.
- Demonstrated experience using LDAP to secure web applications.
- Demonstrated experience processing geospatial information in standalone applications for use in technical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in geospatial targeting and processing geospatial information for analysts.
- Demonstrated experience processing geospatial information to dynamic web interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to read Spanish and hold a basic conversation with a native Spanish speaker.
