Lancaster Auto Group LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Mechanic / Service Manager to join our team. This role requires the ability to work on all vehicle brands and handle full mechanical repairs from top to bottom, while overseeing service workflow and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed 120-Point Vehicle Inspections
• Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles (all makes and models)
• Manage and oversee service workflow and quality control
• Ensure recon turn-time standards are consistently achieved
• Order parts, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors
• Maintain accurate inspection and repair documentation
• Lead by example with efficiency, accountability, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanic and/or Service Manager
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation

• $30–$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level
