Job DescriptionCommunity Concierge (Front Desk / Clerical) – Hiring Now
The Liberty Group is hiring Community Concierge professionals to support the front desk and office operations at top property management communities.
Pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule: Must be able to work evenings as required

- Strong customer service and professional communication (phone/email/in-person)
- Comfortable with basic computer work: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Able to work evening hours as required
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus (only say “required” if it truly is)
What you’ll do
- Answer and direct phone calls; take and distribute messages
- Handle inquiries and incoming work requests; schedule appointments
- Manage documents and correspondence (email, scanning/copying, filing)
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Review records/files to respond to information requests
- Enter basic data accurately and keep the office organized and tidy

- Comfortable multitasking in a busy front-desk environment
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or office administration is a plus
