Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience working in school-based environments preferred
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and allied professionals
- Commitment to delivering student-centered services tailored to individual needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Implement evidence-based therapy sessions to address articulation, language delays, fluency, voice, and other communication disorders
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support holistic student development
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations
- Travel to assigned school(s) within the Southfield, MI area to provide on-site services
