Senior IT Project Manager (Infrastructure & Cloud) - #25747

Job Description

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a technology-focused organization, is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager. This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent infrastructure and cloud projects, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, and driving delivery in a fast-paced, unstructured environment. The ideal candidate will quickly take ownership of in-flight initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities.

Job Duties

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT infrastructure and cloud projects across various stages of the project lifecycle
• Drive delivery of initiatives involving Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, wireless networking, and end-user computing environments
• Take ownership of in-flight projects, quickly assess status, and execute to successful completion
• Coordinate ISP and telecommunications provisioning, upgrades, and service delivery activities
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using Smartsheet
• Partner with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and execution
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Adapt project plans and priorities in response to evolving business and technical needs

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience in small to mid-sized environments
• 3+ years of hands-on Smartsheet experience
• Proven experience managing projects involving Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• Experience supporting wireless networking and end-user computing (device deployment, support environments)
• Experience coordinating ISP and telecommunications services
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-volume, concurrent projects
• Experience delivering hybrid infrastructure and cloud-based initiatives
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery models and operational support frameworks
• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
