Job Title: 2nd Shift Aluminum Lead
Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Aluminum Lead in Kenosha and play a pivotal role in overseeing aluminum manufacturing operations. This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team during the critical afternoon to midnight shift, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Required Skills:
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of aluminum manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure team compliance
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with inventory management or quality control in manufacturing
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced production setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
- Prior experience in aluminum manufacturing or metal fabrication is highly valued
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work the 2nd shift: 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM
- This position offers competitive pay at $26.50 per hour
- Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality standards
