Guest Experience Specialist - Self-Pour Stations

Join us at our premier winery, where innovation meets elegance. We’re seeking a hospitality-focused team member to enhance our guests' experience with our RFID-enabled self-pour system.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests and guide them through the self-pour experience using RFID cards and/or QR codes
- Explain membership tiers and benefits with confidence and professionalism
- Monitor tap wall activity and ensure keg levels, cleanliness, and equipment are maintained
- Support POS transactions and troubleshoot RFID-related issues
- Perform opening and closing cleaning duties across the winery club area
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and report any technical concerns
- Maintain a polished, welcoming environment while supporting responsible service
What you bring:
- A proactive, people-first attitude
- Comfort with basic tech systems and willingness to learn RFID tools
- Weekend availability and a collaborative spirit
- Prior hospitality or winery experience is a plus, but not required
