Established (50+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking General Litigation Attorney for Litigation in Philadelphia, PA An established firm based in Philadelphia with over 50 years in practice is seeking a General Litigation Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with general commercial litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. Offer:
Salary range: $180,000-$250,000, contingent on experience

The candidate must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing. The candidate must have 6+ years of experience handling general commercial litigation matters. The candidate must have strong research, writing, and analytical abilities. The candidate must be able to manage cases, communicate effectively with clients, and work collaboratively with litigation teams. The candidate must demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to handle court appearances, depositions, and motion practice. Responsibilities:
The Attorney will draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. The Attorney will manage discovery, including depositions, document review, and written discovery. The Attorney will appear in state and federal courts for hearings, conferences, and arguments. The Attorney will conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis to clients and senior attorneys. The Attorney will support all phases of litigation from intake through resolution and trial preparation. The Attorney will ensure compliance with court rules, deadlines, and ethical obligations. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
