Compensation:

$28.00/HR - $30.00/HR (based on experience, skills, and certifications)

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to meet safety, quality, and uptime goals
  • Perform and document preventative maintenance (PM) to minimize downtime
  • Rebuild machinery and fabricate parts as needed
  • Assist with equipment moves and facility maintenance
  • Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
  • Communicate effectively with production and leadership teams to support operations

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–4 years of industrial or heavy machinery maintenance experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics
  • Experience with PLCs, servo motors/drives, pneumatics, and preventative maintenance programs
  • Experience with machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, surface grinder); welding is a plus
  • Safety-focused with knowledge of PPE and safety procedures
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Forklift, scissor lift, or Millwright certification is a plus

  • CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
  • Electrical Systems & Diagnostics (Heavy Equipment)
  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
  • Machine Safety Inspections
