Compensation:
$28.00/HR - $30.00/HR (based on experience, skills, and certifications)
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to meet safety, quality, and uptime goals
- Perform and document preventative maintenance (PM) to minimize downtime
- Rebuild machinery and fabricate parts as needed
- Assist with equipment moves and facility maintenance
- Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with production and leadership teams to support operations
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–4 years of industrial or heavy machinery maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics
- Experience with PLCs, servo motors/drives, pneumatics, and preventative maintenance programs
- Experience with machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, surface grinder); welding is a plus
- Safety-focused with knowledge of PPE and safety procedures
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Forklift, scissor lift, or Millwright certification is a plus
