Job Description
About the Role

Our client, a nationally recognized insurance company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced hiring cycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on volume, moves quickly, and is looking to build a foundation in recruiting through hands-on coordination work.
\n
\n
You'll play a key support role in a high-stakes hiring push: reviewing thousands of applications from Workday, moving candidates through the pipeline, and helping the hiring team keep things on track toward hiring goals.
\n
\n
This is a full-time contract position with possible opportunity to transition permanently depending on company needs. Down the road, there may be opportunity to grow into a recruiting role for the right person.

What You'll Do
\n
- \n
- Conduct high-volume resume review and initial screening for candidates
- Manage applicant flow and update candidate statuses in Workday (or comparable ATS)
- Support a multi-stage interview process by scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with candidates and the hiring team
- Keep the pipeline moving quickly, following established screening criteria and escalating questions to the hiring team as needed
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across a large candidate volume without sacrificing speed

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree
- Workday experience strongly preferred; comfort with any major ATS considered
- Proven ability to handle high application volume without losing quality or speed
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to follow process and know when to loop in the hiring team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Industry background is flexible, this is about high-volume coordination chops, not sector experience
- Ability to work remotely during EST office hours
