Are you ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? Bench Dogs is seeking a Full-Time Resource Lead to support our growing operations in Denver, PA. This is an onsite role in a collaborative, hands-on manufacturing environment where teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are valued.
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly-balancing hands-on assembly with team leadership and coordination across departments.
Pay Range: $25–$32 per hour (based on experience)

What Your Day Looks Like
As a Resource Lead at Bench Dogs, you'll begin each day by reviewing the production schedule and confirming materials and labor coverage to ensure a safe, efficient workflow. You'll split your time between hands-on assembly and leading a team of 3–7 assemblers, providing coaching, answering questions, and keeping work moving to meet takt time and quality standards.
You'll work closely with Project Management and the Warehouse to resolve material shortages, prioritize jobs, and communicate real-time status updates. Throughout the shift, you'll complete Epicor transactions for job starts, completions, and labor tracking, perform in-process quality checks, address defects or process issues, and maintain an organized, audit-ready work area.
At the end of the shift, you'll document output, flag constraints or upcoming needs, and ensure the team is set up for a successful next production run.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading or mentoring others in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance production work and team leadership
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Comfort using ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
