Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in providing technical support and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations for our organization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset to address day-to-day IT challenges efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to incoming service desk tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows 10, troubleshooting basic system and software problems.
• Manage Active Directory accounts, including creating, updating, and removing user profiles as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
• Offer guidance and assistance to users experiencing technical difficulties, maintaining professionalism and patience.
• Monitor system performance and report recurring issues to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and share knowledge to improve the help desk process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the organization's IT systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards when handling sensitive information or resolving technical problems.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and related software.
• Familiarity with managing Active Directory accounts and configurations.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Experience handling service desk tickets and providing timely resolutions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist users and document solutions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving recurring technical issues.
