What You'll Do:

  1. Shadow experienced agents to learn best practices in real time.
  2. Follow up with team-provided leads to maximize your opportunities.
  3. Host open houses and showcase beautiful coastal listings.
  4. Guide buyers and sellers step-by-step through the transaction process.
  5. Study the local market (from Little River down to Surfside Beach) to become a trusted neighborhood expert.


What You Need:

  1. A valid South Carolina Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in courses).
  2. No prior real estate sales experience required—we will train the right person!
  3. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
  4. Comfortable using modern technology, CRMs, and social media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $235,000.00+ per year

Schedule:

  1. Monday to Friday
  2. Self-determined schedule
  3. Weekend availability
