Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health status and establish personalized treatment plans for students experiencing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or behavioral issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, representing diverse backgrounds and mental health needs. This role involves addressing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. Your adaptability and cultural competence will be essential in delivering thoughtful and relevant therapeutic support to each student.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A minimum educational requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a preference for those holding a master's degree.

  • Proven knowledge and skills in providing mental health counseling, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices relevant to children and adolescents.

  • Ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients, demonstrating patience and optimism while guiding them through their recovery.
