Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health status and establish personalized treatment plans for students experiencing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or behavioral issues.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of students.
- Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and administrators to coordinate care plans that address the emotional and psychological needs of students effectively.

Qualifications\n

- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A minimum educational requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a preference for those holding a master's degree.
- Proven knowledge and skills in providing mental health counseling, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices relevant to children and adolescents.
- Ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients, demonstrating patience and optimism while guiding them through their recovery.
