With 5 facilities located within 25 miles of our corporate office and a team of nearly 500 dedicated employees, we support approximately 120 computer users in a dynamic and fast-paced computing environment.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Computer Technician/Analyst to join our IT department. This individual will be responsible for supporting all facets of our computing infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and enterprise-level hardware. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and administration for approximately 120 end users across five locations.
- Administer and support Microsoft Windows 11 and the Microsoft Suite of Tools
- Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), with hands-on administrative experience.
- Build, configure, and deploy Dell workstations and laptops, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support basic networking infrastructure; experience with Ubiquiti and SonicWall equipment is a plus.
- Travel between local facilities as needed for on-site support.
- Work in varied environments, including hot, dirty, and potentially physically demanding settings.
- Lift and transport equipment weighing up to 35 lbs.
Required Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in computer support/IT analysis, preferably in a high-pressure computing environment.
- Demonstrable experience administering Microsoft Windows 11.
- Solid experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Expertise in network, social networking, and email security best practices, ensuring protection against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining Dell workstations.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must have a solid, verifiable employment history.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between company sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 administrative experience is a tremendous PLUS!
- Familiarity with Ubiquiti and SonicWall networking equipment.
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies, Dell hardware, or networking are a PLUS!
