About the Role

As an IT Specialist I, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support—helping employees with hardware, software, and network issues while learning and growing in your IT career.

What You’ll Do

· Provide support for office and production technology, including PCs, printers, barcode scanners, handhelds, and machine-connected devices.

· Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory and other core business systems.

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across office and manufacturing environments.

· Maintain IT asset inventory, ensuring devices and software remain updated and compliant.

· Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing.

· Assist colleagues with new tools and systems.

· Escalate issues to senior team members when needed.

· Participate in after-hours or on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 manufacturing support when needed.

· Prior IT/helpdesk experience (preferred, not required).

· Strong communication and customer service skills.
