What You’ll Do:

1. Manage residential transactions for buyers and sellers
2. Run consultations, show homes, and guide clients through every step
3. Keep CRM updated and follow up with leads promptly
4. Write clear contracts, price listings accurately, and close deals

Qualifications:

1. Active NC Real Estate License (Required)
2. 6+ months real estate experience preferred
3. Strong communication and follow-up skills
4. Self-motivated and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000 – $195,000+ annually (Commission + Bonuses)

Schedule: Flexible; must include some evenings/weekends
