Engineering Manager | DeWitt, MI
Salary Range: $112,000 - $161,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in DeWitt that are seeking skilled Engineering Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Oversee the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Implement and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and safety protocols.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and projects from concept to completion in a production setting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.
