Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Healthcare Regulatory Attorney to provide expert legal guidance on healthcare regulations and compliance. This role involves advising healthcare organizations on legal issues, ensuring adherence to healthcare laws, and representing clients in regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on healthcare laws and regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in healthcare legislation and compliance requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to healthcare services and products.
- Represent clients in regulatory investigations, audits, and enforcement actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs for healthcare organizations.
- Analyze policies and regulations to provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals in litigation and dispute resolution involving healthcare issues.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare law or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including FDA and HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and contract analysis abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
